Welcome to MattSpanton.com. After receiving countless emails, texts, social media messages and conversations, I have decided to take the recipe for my success to others. I take great pride in my work and am now offering what I've learned through years of perfecting my craft to like minded business associates and colleagues. I'm not selling a book, or slightly differing regurgitated sales pitch from the past greats. I'm offering the answers you need to truly grow your company, navigate your project, or protect your client in a way no one else can offer in the construction industry. How can I do what no one else can? Easy, because I do what no one else does. 

I've spent over two decades mastering all realms of the disaster restoration industry. Like most new comers into response contracting, I started in the field procuring and guiding property owners through their restoration projects. From 2002-2011, I built one of the most notorious sales teams in the United States generating 35-50mm in revenue year after year. It was a machine and ran fluidly.  

After a devastating exit from the company I had work tirelessly to build, I had to start all over. I founded CAT & CAT 5 Contracting and after 9 years, we double the revenues of my prior firm's sales with 25% of the overhead and 15% higher profits. We have perfected some of the largest projects in the nation including beach front resorts, shopping malls, churches and HOA communities.
